We were blessed with good weather for this joint visit to RHS Bridgewater with our friends from Burntwood Gardening Guild. It was a wonderful day out with a wide variety of areas to see; with the weather we’ve experienced it looked more like early autumn in some places!

We all had our favourite parts, whether it was the lily pond and surrounding planting in the Paradise Garden, the diverse Kitchen and Worsley Welcome Gardens… or the Chinese streamside and the striking mulberry tree canopy in the fascinating Community Grow Gardens. The children’s Lego trail was a fun addition, plus the intriguing photographic exhibition inspired by hydrangea heads! Please do look at our Gallery page for lots more photos of this great day out.
