We had a brilliant day at the fair with our club’s plant stall and we raised an amazing £292.40 for the Village Hall, which was included in the overall total of £2337 net. Thank you very much to everyone who grew the plants to sell, and who helped out on the day, a great team.

We also hosted a decorated wheelbarrow competition, open to all, with some excellent entries. Congratulations to the winners of all three categories – Anne (Most Eco-friendly Decoration), Beaudesert Toddle and Tumble Playgroup (People’s Choice) and Ivy (Children’s). 

The weather was kind and there was a really good turnout with many happy smiling faces, as well as being a financial success.
